Gatecrasher Hot Hot Hot- T-Shirt

As super-clubs got too big for their buildings and clubbing became a high-street mass lifestyle thing rather than a weekend reality escape activity, so dance music festivals became the legit offspring of (illegal) outdoor raves popping up on the London orbital.

The bigger the audience… necessarily the more diverse it became. Not everyone at a Gatecrasher event was spiritually a Crasher kid, so a lot of the GC merch we were designing was standard seasonal colour palette mass-costume with branded elements.

This Hot Hot Hot is an example. A big seller at the time… it’s really only ‘Gatecrasher’ if you recognise the typography… otherwise it’s a 21st century skater-shirt. If you know, you know etc.
